    • Goat’s cheese, caramelized onion tart, dressed watercress

    • Wild mushroom risotto

    • Prawns pil pil, toasted sourdough

    • Roast pork belly & black pudding, apple, wine jus

    • Duck leg confit, lentils, pancetta, port sauce

    • Pan seared seabass & Cloister fish cake, citrus veloute

    • Seared lambs liver, celeriac puree, bacon, peas, onion jus
